THE TEMPEST

Part of the 2021 Vashon Theatre Fest

Written by William Shakespeare
Directed by Darragh Kennan
Featuring Jeanne Dougherty as Prospero

Twelve years ago, the Duke of Milan was ousted in a coup, exiled to sea, and wrecked on a remote island full of magic and spirits. But today, all her old enemies are sailing within striking distance, and a supernatural scheme for revenge is about to begin—with a storm. The Tempest is one of William Shakespeare’s greatest plays, featuring political intrigue, sorcery, romance, and a gang of rude clowns.
